THE 7 CHAKRAS
The Sanskrit word “chakra” is the name given to the seven force centers that regulate the energy flow throughout our bodies. The constant challenges and stresses of life can cause our chakras to become easily blocked, leading us to feel listless, overwhelmed, uninspired, and often at an emotional loss. For our mind, body and spirit to work together in harmony, our chakras need to be perfectly balanced and spinning at the correct frequency. The more the chakras open and allow cosmic energy to penetrate our bodies, the more one evolves and consciousness expands. Clarity and lightness return, along with our sense of joy, inspiration and spiritual well-being.
