Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1990, Amy learned through diet, exercise and visualization how NOT to be a victim. This experience – and her work as a clinical hypnotherapist, spiritual intuitive and Interfaith Minister – has given her the ability to assist others in understanding their disease or life challenge. Amy is very pleased to offer one-on-one counselling sessions either in person at Laughing Waters Ranch in Sedona, Arizona, or by telephone.

Laughing Waters Ranch is the perfect location to relax and unwind, as you allow Amy to take you on an inner journey to a place that encourages healing and awareness. You will arrive at Laughing Waters Ranch on Friday and leave Monday. The program will be tailored to meet your needs and desires and can include time for massage, meditation, Qi Gong and wonderful restorative hiking to the Sedona vortexes
